Your Graduate Coach will be the person you work with. This helps us streamline communication and make sure that you have a clear point of contact who can help you make decisions. However, there is an army of people whose expertise you can leverage.
When you start working with us, you will be assigned a Project Manager in addition to your Graduate Coach. This Project Manager will make sure that your engagement is on track at all times. They will be there if you and your Coach require any additional resources from the Inspira network.

After you fill out our intake form, we will connect with the Graduate Coach whose experience and expertise are the best fit for your background, goals, and experiences. After that, you and your Coach will have a video call every quarter to assess progress and realign goals and targets. They will work with you to solve any problems you are facing in achieving your goals. You will also have unlimited access to them via email.

We help you through each step, but emails are more efficient for some things. For example, if you want your Coach’s help on drafting a cold outreach template for a veterinarian that you want to shadow, that can happen over email.
We believe that having four calls across the duration of the year is the right number.
Last but not the least, it is worth reminding ourselves of Parkinson’s Law at that point which states doing something will take as much time as you give it. We will never shortchange you, but we also want to make sure both you and your Coach’s time are utilized to the fullest.
