Michael holds a BS from Millsaps College and is pursuing an MD/PhD at the University of Minnesota Medical School. He has gained valuable experience working at the National Institutes of Health and Mayo Clinic during and after his undergraduate studies.

Michael discovered his passion for research and medicine at Millsaps College and was awarded a Howard Hughes Medical Institute undergraduate fellowship to research basic cell biology. This passion further developed during his time as a postbaccalaureate fellow at the National Institutes of Health, where he published multiple first-author papers in high-impact journals in the field of cancer immunotherapy. This experience ultimately solidified his interest in pursuing a career in oncology.

Michael's strengths lie in his dedication to research and his ability to connect it with medicine. He has been accepted to multiple MD and MD/PhD programs and is currently in the graduate training phase at the University of Minnesota Medical School. During his time in graduate school, Michael received a funded fellowship from the American Heart Association and has been awarded the American Association of Immunologists Young Investigator honor.

Driven by his newfound passion, Mitchell continued his education by pursuing an advanced EMT course and then dedicating two years to completing PA school prerequisite courses. His determination and hard work paid off after he received offers of admission from all the schools where he interviewed. This accomplishment is a testament to Mitchell's resilience and ability to initiate a 180-degree career change in less than three years, securing acceptance offers to multiple schools on his first attempt.

Mitchell ultimately attended Idaho State University, where he earned a Master of PA Studies. For over three years, he has worked as a PA-C in his community, serving patients in an extremely busy urgent care setting.

Mitchell's passion for mentoring and supporting the next generation of healthcare providers is evident in his willingness to host high school and pre-PA students seeking shadowing experience and guidance as they prepare to enter the medical field. Upon returning to the U.S., Morganne continued her nursing career in rehabilitation, communicable disease, and maternal-child health further expanding her expertise and understanding of various healthcare settings and patient populations. Since then, she has spent more than three years as a nurse writer and fertility awareness educator.

Morganne's educational journey began at Rappahannock Community College, where she obtained her Associate's Degree in Nursing, graduating as valedictorian with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Her outstanding leadership, community service, and academic excellence were recognized with the Courtney Award. Driven by a desire to further her knowledge, Morganne continued her studies at Liberty University, maintaining her exceptional academic performance and earning her BSN with a 4.0 GPA. Her thirst for learning extended beyond traditional nursing education, leading her to study herbalism at Pacific Rim College.

Morganne's strong passion for educating the public about their health is evident in her writing and fertility awareness coaching endeavors. She has contributed practice exam questions for textbooks and the NCLEX and has written about nursing careers, creating sample resumes and cover letters for healthcare companies. Natalie’s journey in healthcare began during her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida, where she gained patient care experience by scribing in the emergency department. She continued to build her clinical experience during her gap year, working in a family practice setting.

While in PA school, Natalie demonstrated leadership and commitment to her profession by actively participating in the Florida Academy of PAs (FAPA) and serving as her class's American Academy of PAs (AAPA) student representative.

Currently, Natalie works in a cardiovascular medicine practice, where she finds great fulfillment in her role. Her commitment to her profession extends beyond her daily work, as she volunteers her time as a FAPA area representative and symposium committee member. Natalie's experience spans various areas of medicine, including internal medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), urgent care, and primary care. She has a particular interest in preventative medicine and enjoys working with diverse patient populations.

Natalie is a natural educator, serving as a preceptor for Barry University and Nova Southeastern University PA students. This experience, combined with her own recent journey through PA school and the application process, positions her to guide and support aspiring PA students.

Nate attended USC and earned a Bachelor's in health promotion and a Master's in global medicines. His outstanding academic performance earned him the Trustee Scholar status, a full-ride merit scholarship to USC. Following graduation, Nate gained clinical research experience working as a coordinator at Children's Hospital Los Angeles in endocrinology and neonatology during his gap year.

Nate's leadership skills are evident in his role as student body president and his involvement on the board of the LGBTQ+ medical student interest group. His research prowess was recognized during his participation in the NIH-funded USC/CHLA Summer Oncology Research Fellowship, where he was named a UH Guild-Darlene Dufau Reid Endowed Scholar for his potential in oncology. Additionally, Nate’s neuroscience PhD research has focused on measuring adolescent brain development using MRI modalities.

Throughout his academic career, Nate has been a dedicated mentor to dozens of students interested in STEM and pre-health fields, starting from his undergraduate years. Nick is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside, where he majored in Biology. He is currently a DMD candidate at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Through his clinical excellence in dental school, he was awarded the Robert W. Roden Prosthodontic Award, which recognizes student accomplishments and proficiency in the clinic. 

Nick first discovered his passion for coaching during his undergrad, where he was a biology tutor for two years. He gained experience working as a medical scribe and an EMT to understand multiple aspects of medicine. Nick furthered his education during dental school by achieving the Center for Integration of Research, Teaching, and Learning (CIRTL) Associate Level Teaching Certificate. 

On the Inspira team, Nick uses his broad range of experience to help students achieve their goals. His meticulous teaching style and strong work ethic make him an excellent coach for future dental students.

Nick is currently a PA student at Charleston Southern University. Prior to this, he earned his undergraduate degree from Providence College. Nick has an impressive history with admissions, having initiated the Student Ambassador program at CSU, where he provided tours and admission guidance to potential students. His passion for admissions began during his time at high school and college, where he would lead tours and discussions with interested applicants. 

Originally, Nick was on a med-school track after graduating in 2018, but he decided to take a different path and accepted a role in tech startup sales and customer success. This gave him a unique perspective on the world of business. But he ultimately realized that his true calling was being a PA. He combined this work experience with his extensive extracurricular activities and successfully gained acceptance to two out of the three PA schools he applied to. 

Nick's easy-going yet detail-oriented nature ensures that every aspect of your application will be meticulously completed to reflect your unique perspective. He understands what admissions committees are seeking and knows how to highlight the best aspects of your application. 

Nicholas earned his BS in Biology from Northeastern University and is a recent graduate from Yale University’s Physician Associate Program, with a particular interest in cardiac surgery and cardiovascular intensive care.

During his undergraduate studies, Nicholas worked in numerous medical settings, such as Harvard Medical School, where he conducted neuroscience research, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where he participated in clinical research in circadian rhythm studies. He also studied abroad in Thessaloniki, Greece, working in a medically underserved rehabilitation facility. His role as a Biology Ambassador provided him with a wealth of experience in mentoring students aspiring for a career in medicine, guiding them toward pre-physician assistant and pre-medical studies.

After graduating from Northeastern, Nicholas worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at White Plains Hospital in the medical-surgical unit. Throughout his time at Yale, he gained unique experience and extensive knowledge in a variety of clinical settings. Nicholas was also a recipient of the Connecticut PA Foundation Scholarship for his commitment to the PA profession and is affiliated with the Aortic Institute at Yale New Haven Hospital. His contribution to cardiovascular medicine includes an Honors Thesis titled “Lipid Profiles in Patients with Descending Aortic Aneurysms” and two research articles.

Nicholas is dedicated to helping individuals become competitive candidates and successful future PAs. He excels in breaking down the application process into manageable steps and maintaining organization. Above all, Nicholas is driven to assist applicants in reaching their goals.

Niki’s academic journey began at Ohio State University, where he received a full-ride scholarship and studied biochemistry and microbiology. During his undergraduate years, Niki demonstrated a strong commitment to research and community service, attending fully-funded internships from Johns Hopkins and the University of Michigan during summer breaks. After completing his undergraduate degree, Niki took a gap year to research neurodegenerative diseases at the University of Michigan while applying to medical school.

Niki's passion for counseling stems from his own challenging experience navigating the complex components of medical school applications without assistance. Understanding the overwhelming nature of this critical career step, he is dedicated to helping students feel supported and confident throughout the process.

Niki's achievements in medical school applications are impressive, gaining acceptance to almost a dozen MD-PhD programs across the country. He ultimately chose to pursue his MD-PhD in the cellular and molecular biology program at the University of Michigan. Working in the Paulson laboratory, he studies the role of ubiquitins in Huntington's disease and frontotemporal dementia (FTD). His research interests focus on neurodegenerative diseases, and he is committed to delivering a mechanistic understanding of the relationship between tauopathy and perturbations in neuronal cytoarchitecture.

Niki brings a unique perspective to his role as a consultant. He has gained expert insights into both the MD and PhD sides of admissions, understanding the importance of research, clinical volunteering, and the complexities of applying. This dual experience allows him to provide comprehensive guidance on what admissions teams are looking for in applicants and the best ways to prepare for the application process.

Niki's greatest strength as a consultant is his ability to place himself in the shoes of the applicant, imagining he's repeating the application process himself. This approach enables him to listen attentively to all of the candidate's experiences and build a cohesive picture and theme of how to best present the application, paired with his insider knowledge of medical school admissions requirements.

In his counseling sessions, Niki first focuses on addressing what's most pressing on a student's mind. He collaborates with students to develop a long-term plan to address specific issues or goals. He ensures that they work toward the core components of the application in an organized manner, aiming to reduce stress and increase success.

For the past two years, Niki has been consulting for Inspira Advantage. His proudest moments come from receiving calls from students informing him of their acceptance into MD, MD-PhD, and PhD programs. Niki's ultimate goal is to help each student achieve their dream of becoming a physician.

Nivi studied at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM) in Boston, Massachusetts. Before starting at HSDM, Nivi earned her BS in biological sciences and BA in economics at her local state university back home in Maryland.

During her time in college, Nivi was involved in many volunteer opportunities through the American Red Cross, the Volunteer Income Tax Association, and her university’s Residential Life program. As a senior, she led the volunteer tax site on campus and helped members of the Baltimore community save thousands of dollars with free tax preparation services, receiving the Honors College Community Service Award for her commitment to volunteering. Nivi also took a gap year while applying to dental school, during which she worked as a dental assistant in a pediatric office, continued volunteering, and practiced her hand skills.

Nivi is passionate about helping students who do not have previous ties to the dental community. She also enjoys working with service-oriented applicants. Her strengths as a coach are breaking down the application process and going step-by-step to make applying less stressful, more manageable, and well-organized.

Nivi has mentored several students who have received acceptance letters to dental school. One of these students that she assisted had Nivi’s help with choosing extracurriculars, interview prep, and personal statement editing. The other students she helped had Nivi’s guidance on personal statement editing and the different sections of the AADSAS application.

In each counseling session, Nivi uses different approaches for each student, as she recognizes that each student’s application is different. Nivi’s preference is to begin by seeing what the student's goals are, as well as their strengths and weaknesses to decide how to best present them. She likes to work with the applicant to come up with a mission statement/goal and use it to create an oriented, direct, and goal-driven admissions profile.

Noah’s efforts as the Pre-Dental Society President have given him insider knowledge of the challenges and opportunities aspiring dentists face during the application process. He has organized events that provide insights and resources to help students navigate the complexities of the dental industry. Noah's commitment to students extends beyond the application process, as he provides ongoing support and guidance throughout their dental school journey.

Noah is passionate about educating students on the business aspects of dentistry as President of the Student Dental Business Organization. Noah's goal is to empower each student to become successful practice proprietors in the future, believing that dentistry offers an opportunity for professionals to have autonomy over their work and life.

As a mentor, Noah's approach involves establishing clear goals, creating comprehensive plans, and executing them with dedication and perseverance. His greatest strength lies in his background in application management, allowing him to provide personalized advice and support to help students stand out in a competitive field.

Noel completed her undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, double majoring in Biology and Chemistry with a minor in Physics. This solid grounding in science is further bolstered at the American University of Antigua, where she is studying medicine on a prestigious Presidential Scholarship. As an admissions coach, she provides invaluable insight into the medical school application process, leveraging her unique journey to offer personalized guidance to each student.

Throughout her medical school tenure, Noel actively participated in numerous student organizations, including the student government and the academic scholars program. This involvement allowed her to contribute positively to her peers' academic development, as she took on roles as a teaching assistant and tutor. Noel played an instrumental role during the COVID-19 pandemic by advocating for the continuation of learning sessions through digital platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. This provided not only academic support but also emotional support to students during a challenging time of transition. As a testament to her leadership, a vibrant Microsoft Teams group of over 200 students, which was established during this period, continues to thrive.

Noel’s strong passion for teaching transcended beyond her school, reaching students from various US and international schools who needed assistance in their basic science and NBME/USMLE preparations. As a counselor, she has successfully tutored over 100 students in the past two years, instilling in them the confidence and resilience required to excel. Noel firmly believes that with hard work, self-belief, and self-investment, any student can reach their full potential, and she is committed to helping them along their journey.

Dr. Obaid boasts an impressive academic history, having received his Bachelor's degree in Biology from Benedictine University before soaring to greater heights at the Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Illinois, one of the nation's premier dental institutions. He further honed his skills via a General Practice Residency at a level 1 trauma center hospital in Northern Ohio, where he notably achieved several research grants at regional and statewide Dental conferences.

Obaid's passion for education and mentorship began to blossom as he initiated a new AEGD residency program in Ohio. As part of his work, he guided numerous residents and student dentists, fostering their academic and professional growth. Currently, he continues to impact young minds in his role as an associate dentist and adjunct dental faculty member at his alma mater, Midwestern University. 

Obaid's strengths lie in his thorough and comprehensive approach to student success. He takes the time to thoroughly evaluate students' academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and personal interests to help them find suitable dental school options. He also provides guidance on the AADSAS application process, interview preparation, and showcasing their best qualities.

While at Harvard College, Oliver studied integrative biology and graduated with honors.  He was the Co-President of Harvard College Pre-Veterinary Society, which helped guide undergrads to take the right classes and answer any questions about the pre-veterinary path. This leadership position led him to work with the Office of Career Services to start the Harvard Veterinary Network and keep Vets connected after finishing undergraduate studies. 

Oliver also worked as a Student Researcher at Harvard Neuroscience Lab under the direction of Dr. Erin Hecht, specializing in canine behavior and Hopi Hoekstra’s lab genetics. After graduation, Oliver interned and worked part-time while in school at Anivive, a veterinary pharmaceutical start-up launching the first-ever fungal vaccine. He also worked in three different mixed and small animal, private veterinary practices. Amongst all this, Oliver eventually found his way to the Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine.

As an admissions consultant, Oliver's true strengths lie in his ability to instill confidence in applicants, break down the process into manageable steps, and help identify the strengths and areas for improvement in their applications. He approaches admissions counseling similar to relationship building: crawl, walk, and then run. His team-oriented approach and desire to help others, qualities that are important in veterinary healthcare, make him an invaluable resource for aspiring veterinary students.

Oliver's recent experience navigating the admissions process himself provides him with an excellent perspective and empathy for the challenges faced by applicants. He is excited to work with the next generation of veterinary applicants, sharing his insights and guiding them through the intricate journey of securing a place in their dream veterinary program.

Olivia graduated with high distinction from the Xavier University of Louisiana/Ochsner Health Physician Assistant Program in New Orleans, Louisiana. She also holds a Master of Public Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor of Science from New York University. 

Before attending PA school, Olivia worked as a Public Health Consultant in Zambia for several years. Her public health work focused on malaria, HIV, neglected tropical diseases, women’s health, and behavior change communication. In addition to working in Zambia, she worked in Botswana, Kenya, Uganda, Guinea, and Madagascar.

During her time in PA school, Olivia was the Student Government Association Vice President and was actively involved with pre-PA students and PA student recruitment. This experience gave her insights into what admissions committees are looking for and how to stand out as an applicant. 

Olivia is passionate about the PA profession, and helping prospective PA students succeed. She enjoys providing insights into career options, helping applicants create memorable application materials, and being their biggest cheerleader throughout the entire application cycle.

Olivia grew up in Los Angeles and attended UC Berkeley for her undergraduate education. There, she received two degrees in public health and integrative biology, laying the foundation for her future pursuits in healthcare and research. At Berkeley, Olivia explored Public Health through her coursework and through her work in a student-run clinic, the Suitcase Clinic, as well as through advising on-campus health policy. She worked as a Wellness Coordinator for the clinic, providing mental health first aid to unhoused members of the Berkeley community. She also worked alongside UC Berkeley administrators to edit Title IX policies and host events to protect sexual health on campus.

After graduating from UC Berkeley, Olivia gained experience in the field by conducting infectious disease surveillance research for the California Emerging Infections Program in the Bay Area. Her contributions demonstrated her ability to apply her knowledge and skills to real-world public health challenges. Additionally, Olivia contributed to COVID-19 population health research for the CDC on a national scale.

At the Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine, Olivia has continued to pursue her academic interests through research and quality improvement projects. Her work covers a wide range of topics, including housing access, hepatitis C screening, health insurance for undocumented communities, and blood pressure control. These projects demonstrate Olivia's commitment to addressing the diverse challenges faced by underserved populations and her dedication to finding innovative solutions to complex health problems.

Olivia's strengths lie in her ability to combine her public health background with her medical education to create a holistic approach to patient care and health advocacy. She recognizes the importance of addressing the social determinants of health and works tirelessly to promote policies and interventions that tackle these underlying issues. As a coach, Olivia enjoys working with students of any skill level, sharing her knowledge and expertise to help them develop a deeper understanding of the complex interplay between public health and medicine.

Outside of public health and schooling, Olivia has been a tutor since high school. She has tutored over 100 students on a wide variety of STEM topics and is excited to apply this experience to mentoring students going through the medical school admissions process.

Olivia's journey to veterinary medicine began during her undergraduate studies at Michigan State University. With determination and adaptability, she planned her entire academic schedule, completing the animal science program in her last two years. Her hard work and dedication paid off when she graduated with honors and was accepted into four veterinary programs.

Through her own experience with the application process, Olivia discovered her passion for helping others navigate the same path. She understands the difficulties applicants face and is dedicated to helping students demonstrate their strengths and experiences to achieve their dream of becoming veterinarians. Through careful guidance, Olivia gives applicants relief during this often stressful time. A little bit of fun while juggling big tasks is important!

As a coach, Olivia enjoys sharing helpful hints on what potential schools may be looking for to help applicants achieve their full potential in essay writing and interviews. Her greatest strength is essay editing; she enjoys helping students create a story out of an essay prompt and find unique ways to display their assets. She also has an inside scoop into what the day-to-day looks like within veterinary medicine and is happy to share her knowledge with applicants.

Paulina's academic journey began at the State University of New York at Geneseo, where she earned her BS in biology with a minor in business. She then went on to complete her MS in infectious disease and global health at Tufts University, fueling her passion for One Health. Paulina's physician assistant education includes a master's degree from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and a doctoral degree from the University of Pittsburgh. This interdisciplinary approach led her to participate in medical mission work and research in various countries, broadening her perspective on global health issues.

Throughout her pre-PA years, Paulina gained valuable clinical experience working as an ambulatory technologist, clinical research coordinator, and infection response team clinician at academic medical centers. These roles provided her with hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of patient care and clinical research.

Paulina's clinical practice has encompassed general and colorectal surgery, as well as CDC-funded grant projects in infectious disease and quality improvement. Currently, she holds a leadership position as a Clinical Lead, overseeing a team of 35 clinicians. In this role, she routinely reviews applications, evaluates resumes, and conducts interviews, giving her a keen understanding of what makes a competitive candidate.

As a mentor, Paulina adopts a holistic approach, focusing on getting to know each candidate, their aspirations, and strengths before delving into the details of the application process. She has successfully assisted many students, ranging from pre-health to PA school applicants, with all three PA school applicants gaining acceptance. Paulina's commitment to personalized guidance ensures that each applicant can effectively present their story and strengths.

Drawing from her own experience as an immigrant and first-generation college student, Paulina is dedicated to helping others navigate the path to becoming healthcare professionals. Having been awarded six scholarships and a stipend to fund her graduate education, she is well-equipped to assist applicants in crafting compelling essays and applications tailored to their audience. Paulina truly values the importance of mentorship and is honored to help guide future PAs toward their goals.

Quinn's dedication and hard work paid off when she was accepted into her dream school: the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where she pursued her physician assistant studies. Her own success has fueled her passion for guiding others on their journeys.

Quinn's passion for admissions counseling stems from the help she received from prior applicants during her own application cycle. She understands the challenges and uncertainties that come with navigating the admissions process and is committed to providing the same level of support and guidance to all students.

One of Quinn's greatest strengths as an admissions counselor is her approachability and ability to connect with students on a personal level. She prides herself on identifying each student’s strengths and helping them highlight them throughout the application process. Quinn's positive attitude is contagious, and one of her main goals is to boost every student’s confidence, ensuring they feel empowered and supported every step of the way.

Quinn excels in assisting with interview preparation, providing students with the tools and strategies they need to present their best selves during the application. She also offers prompt and detailed essay edits and feedback, ensuring that each student’s personal statement and other written materials effectively communicate their stories and aspirations.

Quinn cannot wait to guide students toward achieving their dreams, just as she achieved her own. Her passion for admissions counseling and her dedication to student success make her an exceptional mentor and a trusted guide on the path to a rewarding career in the medical field.

During college, her gap year, and her veterinary career, Rachel gained skills in livestock husbandry, wildlife rehabilitation and management, zookeeping, access to veterinary care, and biomedical and animal research through multiple roles. 

Some of Rachel’s past experiences and roles include acting as a treatment technician at the California National Primate Research Center, as a zookeeper aide at the Folsom City Zoo Sanctuary, and as a wildlife rehabilitation and nursery intern and triage assistant at the Wildlife Care Association of Sacramento.
