Adam holds a BA in Politics (Pomona College) and is a first-year student at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He is heavily involved in the American Student Dental Association and the Harvard dental admission process. He is interested in leveraging his ASDA connections and a non-traditional path to dentistry to help pre-dents at Inspira. Besides Harvard, Adam was also accepted by UPenn, UCLA, and UCSF with merit scholarships.
During his gap year, Adam worked full-time as a Jesse M. Unruh Fellow for the California State Assembly to analyze over 50 pieces of legislation that would expand healthcare access, provide COVID-19 relief, and broaden scopes of practice for medical and dental professionals in California. Currently, he is the legislative liaison and advocacy chair for ASDA at the Harvard Chapter and in District 1 (New England).
Adam is interested in working with all kinds of pre-dents, especially non-STEM majors with unique paths to dentistry and STEM majors struggling to find ways to distinguish themselves. With his background in research/analysis and his connections via ASDA, Adam loves to develop strategies to help pre-dents identify their target schools and stand out through their application essays and interviews. When Adam isn’t working, he enjoys traveling, watching hockey, and reading public policy and healthcare books.

Alex is currently a student at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM). She has a strong passion for community engagement and working in underserved populations, which she will take into her post-doc career as a National Health Service Corps Scholar. While Alex has completed several marathons and half-marathons, his most significant athletic accomplishment is completing the world-famous Krispy Kreme Challenge. This feat consists of racing five miles and consuming a dozen donuts at the halfway point.

He completed an honors thesis covering both neuroscience and French during his senior year. For his thesis, Alex was awarded a distinction in neuroscience and the highest distinction in romance studies.
During his time at Duke, Alex spent nearly two years as the Creative Director of FORM Magazine. He also demonstrated a strong commitment to mentorship, helping high school students get accepted to their dream universities, including USC, Northwestern, Dartmouth, and others.
Alex's professional interests lie in obstetrics gynecology and infertility care, with a focus on under-represented communities, including people of color and LGBTQ+ populations. Alex was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She attended UC Davis as an undergrad where she got her Bachelors of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology. After college, she spent three gap years as a research coordinator at a community hospital.
Throughout medical school, Alex has developed an interest in plastic surgery and has been involved in various leadership positions and research projects within numerous specialties. She decided to additionally pursue an MBA while in medical school after witnessing the evolving responsibilities in the role of a physician.
As the daughter of immigrants and the first person in her family to go to college, she found the medical school application process challenging and convoluted. Prior to PA school, Amanda gained extensive experience in emergency medical services and EMS education, laying a strong foundation for her future in emergency medicine. In Andrea's free time, she wishes she could have raised a cat that would hike through the beautiful span of Appalachia with her but has to settle with at-home cat cuddles at the end of long camping weekends.
Before PA school, Andrea graduated summa cum laude with a BA in biology from Franklin Pierce University while playing college ice hockey. During her gap year, she was the Hiring Manager for ScribeAmerica for seven varying medical specialties and managed and mentored 45 employees, most of whom were pre-med or pre-PA. As a pediatric neurosurgery PA transitioning to urology PA, she held several leadership roles in surgical safety research and child advocacy.
Andrea graduated as valedictorian from the Marietta College Physician Assistant program. During her time there, she was a member of the student government and presented Grand Rounds at various clinical rotations. She was also responsible for interviewing and providing tours to applicants.

Andrew joined a Sunday soccer rec-league and is a former two-time intramural champion (so he has high expectations).

His involvement in neuroscience research for three years through the David Prober lab at Caltech further improved his academic experience. Ephraim completed his undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis, where he pursued neuroscience and African & African American Studies as a John B. Ervin Scholar and University Scholar in Medicine. During his time at WashU, Ephraim demonstrated leadership and commitment to service through various roles, including Interfaith fellow, president of the Minority Association of Premed Students, Alzheimer's researcher, and Resident Advisor. With a perfect MCAT score in the 100th percentile and he was accepted at all the medical schools he applied to, including UPenn, Columbia, Duke, Harvard, Johns Hopkins, Yale, WashU, NYU, USF, and Northwestern, ultimately deciding to enroll at Harvard.
At Harvard, Ephraim was co-president of the Student National Medical Association, demonstrating his continued dedication to leadership and community building. He looks forward to leveraging translational research and education to engage and benefit his local community.

Haley is a huge Game of Thrones fan! She often wonders what veterinary care may be like for a dragon.
Haley is pursuing a DVM at Long Island University College of Veterinary Medicine and is deeply interested in Feline Infectious Peritonitis. She is currently working with LIU’s virologist to develop genome maps and a diagnostic protocol. Haley also works as a veterinary technician in Connecticut and New York. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lasell University with a dual degree in Biological Science and Chemistry.
While at LU, Haley held the position of President of Philanthropy in the Student Alumni Association, earning her the Summer Student Stipend Award. After graduation, she began her veterinary medicine journey at Orange Veterinary Hospital in Connecticut, where she served as a valued veterinary technician and, later, a student ambassador for United Veterinary Care.
Haley's passion for animals has always been strong; she spent her childhood watching Steve Irwin and documenting local animals. Her love for people is just as strong, which is why she enjoys mentoring veterinary students. Haley scored in the highest percentile on her CASPer exam and has been dedicated to assisting students achieve similar success ever since.

She was among the five students accepted into the CU Denver BA/BS DDS Pipeline program. She has been tutoring since she became the president of the pre-dental club at the University of Colorado.

Key advice Hana gives to students when they are preparing for the DAT is to create correction notes to help them identify patterns in the mistakes they make and to enhance their understanding of the concepts. The process of creating correction notes involves writing down the question, followed by the answer, the thought process behind why the student selected the wrong answer, and an explanation of the correct answer. The reason why she emphasizes correction notes is because the DAT is a standardized exam, and all standardized exams follow patterns. By having students create correction notes, they can discern patterns in their mistakes and in the way the exam presents questions.

Herchel is an avid book reader and loves to play various sports. He is especially interested in Ultimate Frisbee and basketball. Herchel also loves to watch movies and TV shows, with his favorites being Harry Potter and the Marvel series.
Herchel's journey to dental school is rooted in his upbringing in a small town in Georgia. He attended the University of Georgia for his undergraduate studies, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology. Demonstrating his exceptional academic abilities, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from UGA in just 2.5 years.
During his time at UGA, Herchel was involved in research projects that demonstrated his passion for advancing dental science. He researched S. mutans, exploring how nanoparticles can be used to inhibit the progression of dental caries. He also analyzed the global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on various countries. After careful consideration of a pool of six options, he decided to pursue a dental degree at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
